Order tracking skill

“Where's my order?” Answered instantly, and safely.

It’s the question your inbox never stops getting. Your agent handles it on its own: a customer asks, the agent looks up their real order status and tracking, and replies in seconds, without pulling anyone off another task.

How the verified lookup works

Two pieces of information. One secure lookup.

The agent doesn’t decide whether to reveal order details — a secure server-side lookup does. The shopper must provide an order number plus a matching second factor before any order information is returned.

1

Shopper asks about an order.

They enter their order number plus the email on the order or the billing ZIP code.

2

MySupportAgent verifies the match.

Deterministic server code checks that the second factor matches the order — not the AI’s judgment.

3

The agent returns the result.

Only after both pieces match does the agent show order status and tracking.

What shoppers see

A simple answer inside the conversation.

When the lookup succeeds, the shopper sees current order status and tracking right where they asked. No login wall, no waiting for business hours, no back-and-forth.

If the details don’t match, the agent asks them to double-check — without revealing which piece was wrong.

What this helps reduce

One of your most repetitive questions can answer itself.

Order tracking questions are high-volume and low-complexity. When the agent handles them safely, your team spends less time looking up tracking numbers and more time on conversations that actually need a person.

"Where is my order?""Has my order shipped?""Can I get the tracking number?""Is my package out for delivery?""Why can't you find my order?"
Built for privacy

Customers only see their own order information.

The order number is always required, and a second matching factor is always required. A shopper can’t get order details with only an email, only a ZIP code, or only a guessed order number.
